THE ANIMATION SHOW returns to The Loft with its fourth all new collection of the greatest animated shorts from around the world. Curator Mike Judge has gathered together over two dozen of his favorite short films, including world premieres of new works by Bill Plympton, UK animation superstar Matthew Walker, comedian Steve Dildarian (whose Angry Unpaid Hooker is being turned into a new animated series on HBO), and the world-renowned Gobelins School of Animation in France, along with great new films from up-and-coming animators from across the globe.
It's a groundbreaking, head-spinning program of hilarious adult animation from today's masters and tomorrow's next great animators.
FYI: This isn't a dirty "adults only" animation show, but the ANIMATION SHOW does skew towards a mature audience with some explicit language and adult subject matter. These are cartoons, but it may be best to leave the kiddies at home.
