British author Nick Hornby (About a Boy, High Fidelity) turns from novels to screenplays with this highly-acclaimed, talent-driven drama.
In the post-war, pre-Beatles London suburbs, a bright young schoolgirl named Jenny (Carey Mulligan, BLEAK HOUSE) lives a life full of promise, steadfast in her intent to study at Oxford.
